Hang on to your umbrellas folks, the Pacific Northwest will get a taste of what remains of Hurricane Anna later tonight.

The National Weather Service reports the storm that doused Hawaii last week will bring another round of rain and wind to Western Washington through Tuesday morning.

Forecasters say it won’t be as strong as the weekend storm that just hit us, but strong winds are expected with at least an inch of rain.

So enjoy this brief sunny interlude.

My drive to Tacoma this morning was rewarded with a remarkably red sky over the Longbranch Marina. It certainly was worth the stop and a snapshot.
