Longbranch: Let Autumn Come

An autumn sky over the Key Peninsula is beauty defined.
The changing colors of the leaves is an awe-inspiring sight.

Good morning Longbranch.

Fall is upon us. It is darker earlier in the day, and when we wake up in the morning. The birds are not as vocal as they are in the summer. The leaves are turning color. The chill of the air tells us we are heading into the darker months of winter.

Yet beauty abound. Yes, the lovely backdrop of leaves blushing to the coming of autumn. The heavy skies sweating showers, chasing a scurrying squirrel back to its nest. The morning dew dripping down the mighty Douglas fir. Autumn is easy on the eyes.

It is currently 46 degrees and damp, say the weather geeks. Expect showers through the day and a high temperature of 57.
