Do bees pollinate daffodils?

One year ago today I took this picture of a bee landing on a daffodil bloom. I assumed that bees do pollinate daffodils. How could they not. Daffodils are large pretty flowers. But I may have gotten the wrong idea. This blog post answered my question quite well:
